Commis Chef

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Full Time Commis Chef to join the team at The Cove in Patterson Lakes. If you’re all about good food, good people and a bit of controlled chaos — we’d like to hear from you.You’ll work with a solid kitchen team who know how to get the job done, back each other, and still have a laugh when things get hectic. From prep to pass, it’s hands-on, fast-paced and never boring.The Cove Hotel is a premier dining and entertainment venue offering one of the most spectacular water views right on the marina in Patterson Lakes.The bistro offers contemporary casual dining in a relaxed setting; catering to both the traditional indoor style seating, by the fireplace and an enclosed deck area capturing the view of the marina.  About UsPegasus Leisure Group (PLG) is the hospitality arm of the Melbourne Racing Club, managing a growing network of 17 pubs, clubs and hospitality venues across Victoria. What We’re Looking For

  • Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience in the real world)
